30-day return policy
Happatio strives to be the guardian of your comfort and happiness and cares deeply about how our work affects customers like you. We aim to offer you innovative and high-quality products, and the aspiration to lead happy lives. But if our products cannot meet your expectations, you can enjoy a "30-day return" policy.
The 30-day return policy means you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@happatio.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will provide a free return if the product cannot work due to quality problems, or if the product is damaged during transportation.
The return is not free of charge if it is for personal reasons. In this situation, the buyer shall bear the shipping costs to send products to our warehouse. Return costs are calculated based on the location. The product you return must be in new, unassembled, and unused condition and in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
*Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
Please email us at support@happatio.com if you want to return the product, and we will inform you of the nearest address for the return based on your location.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if it is for personal reasons. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@happatio.com, and based on your location, we will inform you of the nearest address for return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
